Attention composers! We are slowly moving forward toward our goals here at Scores of Good, and we would like for anyone who is interested to begin submitting their work for possible inclusion in our lineup. This is an opportunity for you to use your music to help bring an end to the economic and social injustice that affects so many hundreds of millions around the world. Not only that, but you will gain all important exposure for your work and also earn royalties on the sales of your pieces.
Please bear in mind that we are still in development and will not have your music available to the public for some time still. We will be reviewing submissions and building a portfolio of music with which to officially launch. Our legal team is currently working on the legal details regarding copyrights, etc. If you submit you work at this early stage there is no obligation for you to ultimately have you music published by Score of Good until those details are finalized and you agree to them.
Submission Guidelines
Please include the following with your submissions:
- Full Name and Contact Information
- Brief Biography
- Scores in PDF Format and Sibelius or Finale files if available.
- Recordings if available
- Performance History of each piece
- Proof of Rights to any text, if applicable
- All music must be either original or in the public domain
Please submit all of the above information to us at submissions@scoresofgood.com
There are currently no restrictions on the types of music we will accept for submission: choral, orchestral, chamber, electronic, percussion, solo, voice, etc.
We will do out best to be in touch with you about your submissions in a timely manner, but please be patient. Also, if you music is accepted you have the opportunity to increase the exposure and sales of your pieces. Please do everything you can to promote yourself and Scores of Good. Social media is a phenomenal tool for doing just that. Finally, if you are aware of performers or others who are already interested in purchasing and performing your work, we are much more likely to accept your work. The ultimate goal here at Scores of Good is to raise funds to support the UN’s Millennium Development Goals, so if you come to us ready to help, we can help you.
